Great job on responding to my furnace needs and getting me taken care of. Of course my 30-year old furnace dies when it drops to 0-degrees outside. I called a couple other places. One came by, told me it was dead, and didn't quote a price...said their comfort specialist had to call me later, make an appointment, and consult me on the best option. Huh? We're still waiting for the call. In the meantime, we saw the furnaces on Costco, made the inquiry, and got a call first thing on Monday. You sent someone, we got a quote there, and had a new furnace in the next day. Done! You rocked!!
