I had an amazing experience at this office! The staff was so warm and welcoming, and scheduling an appointment was a breeze. The doctor took genuine time to listen to my concerns, never rushing, and even asked if I had further questions. Plus, their state-of-the-art equipment really stood out. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
I am grateful to have my devices serviced by Audiology Research Associates because they are the best! The customer service is excellent and the staff has an intensive knowledge of audiology.
Awesome-explained everything to me and I understood it all-very pleasant receptionist and appointment time was very timely-and I enjoyed the time with Sarah-my husband frank was also a patient and a veteran and he was greeted with so much respect it was amazing!!!
