I saw Dr Magers and had my concerns brushed off, the only concern she addressed was my ear pain and after 4 rounds of antibiotics she said she would refer me to an ENT, which never happened. I’d never send anyone here. Only reason for two stars is because the nursing staff were kind and polite.

This is by far the best place I’ve ever been. I see McAlpine and he’s wonderful, he cares about me, he listens to me and does everything he can. I wouldn’t want anyone else to be my doctor. He even has the best nurse. She always calls me back in a timely matter and follows through on everything I ask. I’d give it more stars if I could. So happy I found Kootenai Family. ?

I received a $273 bill from a 15 minute office visit. A visit where I was just asking to be referred to a new allergist, something that could have been done over the phone. I never even received the referral! When I contested this insane charge I got the run around basically stating the charge is what is and to just deal with it. That's absolutely insane that you guys can charge patients that much for that type of visit. You people are the problem with Health Care in America.
