Down and Out did a fantastic job for us! Communication was great and they showed up when they said they would. Cost was very reasonable, and in addition to adding some new rain gutter to the house Ted was able to come up with a solution for fixing a huge leak we'd had on the patio. They also sell the cutest assesories (hats beanies scarfs sunglasses gloves bracelets etc. This small business is one I recommend to everyone.

I'm not much of a hot springs guy but I really enjoyed my time soaking at Miracle. The pools were thoughtfully designed, there are multiple private soaking rooms and an abundance of changing rooms. The vibe was chill and people were not annoying. :) For extra fun check out the alligator (!!!)
