Western Septic came to my rescue when no one wanted to help me because the builder made a mistake on the paperwork for the location of the septic tank. They have been giving me excellent service then, especially Kendall, that always answers the phone, including on weekends. Their service request online works very well.

We had a late night clog with our septic system. They were out first thing in the morning and pumped the tank, found the clog, and were able to replace a broken baffle all on short notice! The guys were all very friendly and polite. Great service, I’d recommend them to anyone.
