This is such a lovely yoga studio! The ambience is refreshing, and every teacher is amazing. Whether you need a 6 am vinyasa flow, or rather a restorative class at 7pm, they have a wide array of options and times. I am so grateful to have found this yoga studio, what an incredible experience!
I can’t even start to describe how amazing this place feels! I’ve done yoga for years at many great studios, but this one is truly special. Super relaxed, friendly, and welcoming, it feels like family. Even when I was out of shape, I never felt out of place. Such a cool, chilled vibe. I almost want to keep it a secret because its small, familiar feel is part of the magic!
I miss this place! I was in Boise for job training and found this studio. The unlimited first month is a great deal and each instructor was phenomenal. The regulars are warm and welcoming too! Ill definitely be signing up every time I'm back in Boise.
