Will use again! In 2016 Western Idaho Cabinets supplied us with cabinets for our new home. Ten years later I decided I’d like to modify our exposed wine cabinet and put cabinet doors on it for aesthetic purposes. I was put in contact with Justin who was able to locate our original job, and he expedited getting our doors completed in record time. He even hand-delivered them to me at my home in WA state - now THATS service!

I was worried after initially reading reviews, but I was reassured that the paint issue they had in the past had been fixed. I waited until it has been over a year to leave this review, because I wanted to see for myself how everything would hold up. I will say that the cabinets still look awesome! No signs of paint chipping or anything! We got white, and they are easy to clean and wipe with no signs of paint issues whatsoever. The quality of the cabinets is great! They are sturdy. All of the soft-close mechanisms are working well! We had a couple dings we had noticed after the initial install, and their team was very responsive and came and fixed every issue... read full review

We stopped in to look at cabinet doors stain samples as we are doing a project in another state, with a different cabinet company. We are at the point of picking out stain colors and wanted to see actual samples. Ashley was extremely helpful. She guided us through their showroom and made sure we had samples of stained wood before leaving. The reason I say she excellent is that she took the time to help even though she knew we were not going to be customers. Western Idaho Cabinets will be the first company I call when we redo our kitchen cabinets in Boise. Thanks Ashley.
