Paula is the BEST! I wasn't sure if I would benefit from chiropractic care, but I started seeing her to see if it would help with my back issues. Not only has she helped with those, but I was dealing with wrist pain a few years back that was taking me out of yoga and climbing. I thought it was something major related to a prior surgery and was ready to go back to the doctor to potentially consider another surgery. I brought up the issue, not thinking it would be something she could address, and just by feel she was immediately able to identify the issue and with a single adjustment it was gone (after MONTHS of progressive pain).
I have had great results with Dr Paula. I am in my 60's and thanks to her, am still able to be active and well. She has treated me post fractures and through the trials of auto immune disease. Her touch is gentle but thorough. I would recommend her to anyone.
