I have had a lot of bizarre symptoms, ranging from headaches, neck pain, facial numbness, dizziness, stomach issues, and tingling in my legs and arms. These issues have negatively impacted my daily life to the point that I felt very depressed and anxious. I went to a medical provider to make sure there wasn't any life threatening causes for my symptoms. After many tests, he was unable to pinpoint what was wrong with me. I went to a manual physical therapist and got some initial relief from the worst symptoms (compressed vagus nerve). I was still really struggling and thought that I had to try something else. Acupuncture is a recommended therapy for the symptoms I was having, so I decided to give it a try. A physical therapist that I work with said she had heard that a lot of her patients had good luck with Dr. Wang. I made an appointment that day! When I showed up at my appointment, I was very pleased at how clean and nice the office is. Emily, who works the front desk is exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and organized. The office has shelves of all kinds of fun Chinese herbs and remedies and there's not a spot of dust! Dr. Wang and his partner asked me several questions about my symptoms. He walked behind me and reached around to my jaw. He said, "You have severe TMJ. Has no one checked your jaw through all of this?!". I said no and he said, "The inflammation is impinging your cranial nerves. That is why you feel so awful!" Most importantly, he said, "I can definitely help you with this". I have had 4 appointments (1 per week) and have had some days where I feel completely normal again! I was feeling like I had my life back! Unfortunately, my sessions were interrupted by COVID social distancing requirements, but I can't wait to get back to it. In the past 2 weeks that I have been unable to get Acupuncture, some of my symptoms have returned- headaches, dizziness, jaw pressure, and nausea (less than before starting acupuncture, but still annoying), but I am hopeful that we can get back to it ASAP. If you're on the fence of whether or not to try Acupuncture, I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wang. You have nothing to lose. I am now a firm believer in the use of Acupuncture to help the body heal itself!

I just returned home after driving 334 miles round trip, to visit Dr. Wang. He worked on my injured hip that has been bothering me for many years. Now the pain is almost gone! I look forward to continued visits until it is all well! Thank you Dr. Wang!
