I was so lucky to find jill tovar after moving to boise almost ten years ago. It had been coincidence that i had met two different women on two different occasions whose hair i thought looked dynamite and when i asked them who they went to, they both said jill. You don’t often run into something like that. She’s taken my brown frizzy hair and restored it to shiny smoothness, and always wonderful cuts and color. I sit down and when she asks what i want done, i leave it up to her. What a great place for a men's haircut, especially from Breonna!! A great atmosphere. Unlike the old barber shops or Gucci-new places that charges extra to trim the back of the neck. Everyone at Visual Effects is friendly. I recommend them 100%!
