I was so lucky to find jill tovar after moving to boise almost ten years ago. It had been coincidence that i had met two different women on two different occasions whose hair i thought looked dynamite and when i asked them who they went to, they both said jill. You don’t often run into something like that. She’s taken my brown frizzy hair and restored it to shiny smoothness, and always wonderful cuts and color.
