I had an excellent experience with Victory Windows for my basement egress window. They’re professional, and well organized. Pricing was itemized and straightforward.
They handled everything from drawing up plans to the city permit, excavation and concrete cutting, pouring new concrete, installing the window, the well and the grate. They showed up on schedule, communicated well throughout the process and kept me updated about the city permit as well as delivery timeline for the special order window. The project turned out amazing- I’m so happy with it. Thank you, Kevin, and Victory Windows.
We had several windows replaced and it’s amazing how much quieter and tight our rooms feel. Kevin was great in estimating and installing the windows quickly once ordered. The prices and quality were very competitive.
I’m in the trades and from my experience of working with Kevin he does an outstanding job. Our sunroom that Kevin installed is by far our best room in the house. Even when I had some details that needed taken care of after a year Kevin followed through with those details. Great company and owner.
