Original 1 star rating: We so wanted to give this company a good review. They are veteran owned, and we are a veteran family. Called them on Monday 10/20/25, around 9 am, to discuss a water softener. They scheduled someone to come out on 10/22/25 between 2 and 4 to look at the situation and discuss options. Stayed home all afternoon waiting and they never showed up. No call or text.
First impressions are everything and if we can’t get them to come out to give a quote, what’s it going to be like getting service after they already have the business? Super disappointing.

After realizing we were going to have to replace all of our son's polybutylene plumbing underneath his house, we searched and received different quotes from different contractors. The one that stood out to us was Veterans Plumbing. Matt was the most knowledgeable and professional of all the ones we talked with. He answered every concern we had and put our minds at ease. He even lined up the drywall person to finish the work as well. They scheduled us for a possible 4 day project, but it turned out to be just a couple of days. Your plumber Matthew is why I still have faith in humanity. Because of him I was not stranded as a single mother in the middle of the road. He also was nice enough to take a look at my car that was broken down. This is after in am sure, a long day at work. Because of this interaction if I have plumbing needs I will be calling Veterans plumbing and asking specifically for Matthew. I would trust him to work on any of my household or commercial needs. I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and I can only hope it comes back to you 10 fold.
