I cannot recommend Emily from Timberline Sports Massage highly enough. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that she is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and passionate about helping clients feel comfortable. She took the time to listen to my concerns before, through, and after my massage. Her understanding of muscle function, recovery and body mechanics is exceptional. She was able to identify areas of tension and imbalance that I didn't even realize were contributing to my discomfort. I will be continuing to see her monthly and look forward to each appointment!
