Both the doctors and massage therapists here are awesome. They listened when discussing previous injuries and concerns to make a treatment/preventative care plan. Would highly recommend.

Huge shout-out to Dr. Seph at Trailhead. I came to him in agony from a muscle spasm in my thigh, and right from the get-go he started me on the healing process. Seph has a deft touch and a great bedside manner, connecting well with the patient even when the treatment is painful. It took far less time than I had expected. Professional office staff, nice digs, and conveniently located on State Street and 16th. Do consider Dr. Seph if you have skeleto-muscular pain of any kind.

I am new to Boise and have been in search of chiropractic work that focuses on the entire body including muscles and connective tissue and I finally found it! Just in my first appointment, I could feel the difference in my trouble areas, stand up taller and sit with better posture! The whole team seemed to truly care and took the time and energy to really focus on what I needed.
