WARNING The owner and manager have the worst customer service!! I ordered 2 slabs of granite and paid for installation cost over 6k, the contract says if they cut it wrong they have 24 hrs to fix it... That's is not the case with this company, as soon as they got to my house to install they asked for full payment before they even started! I already paid 3/4 of the cost ahead of time. So I paid! Then they went to install and all the pieces were cut wrong but one!!! The owner Trevor said he would replace it asap 2 weeks later they brought another set of slabs and they were wrong Agian and made his crew try to fix them at my house.. Very unprofessional. Another 1 star review for Signature Granite. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. The template for our granite was off by 3". He then tried to blame me stating that it was due to the cabinets not being level! Ha! After leaving them negative reviews online they tried to defend their terrible service by lying and stating that we added cabinets between the templating and the install! Extremely dishonest, terrible service, and no pride in their work. They did try to fix their initial mistake by cutting an additional 3" off of our granite. However, during the second install it looks like they just plopped the slab on, glued it down and left. The overhang isn't even... read full review
