The team is friendly and patient, making the grooming experience more comfortable for pets, even those who may be anxious. Many clients have expressed their satisfaction with the grooming results and the professionalism of the staff. The pet groomers are awesome. They always do a great job. Even after a miscommunication, they were quick to resolve the issue and offered a discount. Their customer service is on point. Charles is excellent with pets, and everyone is nice. Even though pets may not like going, they are getting better. Charles does a wonderful job. For first-time visitors, even as a walk-in, a lovely employee was so nice and did a very lovely job, making the pet happy. Highly recommend going into The Pet Groomers, very nice staff.
I came to Pet Groomers for my first time today as a walk-in for a bath, which I didn't know they did not accept bath walk-ins, yet a lovely employee, Maddie, offered to take him in anyways! She was so nice and did a very lovely job! After I went to get him, he was happy as could be! Highly recommend going into The Pet Groomers, very nice staff! Thank You and will be coming again soon!
My dogs are always fearful and go in to most grooming kicking and screaming. They have a great experience with The Pet Groomers. My Shar Pei Bruno refused to let anyone do his nails but these folks figured out a trick and he has pretty paws now !!
We have been taking our Fur baby Charlotte Mae Brown here since she was old enough to go to the groomers. They have always been kind to he. We asked for a bow on her, they didn't have any so they have been giving her little bandannas'. Well today was her Xmas appointment & they Surprised her & us & painted her Nails! It really means so much to us as Charlie Mae had a procedure done and her hair hasn't quite grew back yet. Now she is Slaying Christmas with her red nails!
