I rented out the suite in the front for a year. I have no complaints. The room was spacious, clean and the lighting was awesome with the two windows. Alicia (the owner) was so easy to work with and she’s genuinely a good person! The rent is so affordable and such a good deal with what you’re getting in return. My clients loved coming to our space because of the peaceful and friendly atmosphere. 10/10 recommend renting here or getting a service done here at bubbly beauty collective!

I was a renter at this location! Alicia was so easy to communicate with and super accommodating! I was 5+ pregnant when I moved in and moved out 2 weeks before I had my baby! She was totally understanding when I made the difficult decision to leave my room, if you’re looking for a convenient room to rent as a nail tech, lash tech, esthetician, massage therapist, really anything in the beauty industry where you rent by the day, not the month, this place is the best!!
