From the moment I walked into her studio, Heidi was everything you’d hope for in a piercer—professional, attentive, and incredibly grounding. She explained every step with care and made me feel completely safe and comfortable throughout the process.
Full transparency: I did end up fainting (no fault of hers—my nervous system likes to overreact sometimes). What absolutely blew me away was how quickly and calmly she responded. She noticed I was about to pass out before I even knew it was happening. She caught me, supported me, and stayed with me the entire time and during my recovery afterward.

I took my daughter in today to get her nose pierced and we had the best experience! I want to say her name was Heidi. She took the time to explain everything to her from the process to the jewelry and which she thought would be best for her nose shape and being the first piece going in. When it came time to do the actual piercing she was so patient and kind and again explained everything to my daughter and what to expect so there weren’t any surprises. She put the dot where she recommended and made sure it was where she wanted and didn’t force or make the decision for her. I can’t thank her enough!!! Will definitely recommend ?

Heidi is AMAZING! She has been so kind and patient with piercing my nose and helping out with the healing process. I have struggled with piercing bumps, and it is almost completely gone. I would 100% recommend seeing her for your next piercing.
