I had issue with pac-lite 6” barrel for Ruger mklll 22/45 failure to feed. Spoke with Justin, I returned barrel and received back quickly! He quickly recognized a slight tolerance infraction and corrected same day received. I couldn’t be happier with how lite this barrel is and with a little sight tuning is a tack driver. I appreciate their quick turnaround and standing behind their product. Thanks to all of the team….

Excellent customer service and guns. I damaged my new Tacsol gun, which was my fault. I contacted customer service, and they sent me out a shipping box, repaired my gun, and shipped it back to me, all at no cost to me. Turn around was days, not weeks like some gun manufacturers.

You can't beat this customer service. Great guns and even better customer service They have a lifetime customer.
