Got the MK116 upper from their authorized dealer, and UPS messed up by smashing my package like hell, chipped the handguard, and I reported to PWS, Meghan within a day asked my address, and agreed just sending the damaged handguard, I shipped it out on Wednesday 12/17/2025, and the replacement handguard arrived on 12/24/2025! And that's not their problem, but UPS! To me, PWS is doing what SOLGW is doing! Not like PSA bs
