We needed a new water softener badly and Superior responded quickly with a referral via Costco. They found a totally hidden serious problem in our water system and within a matter of an hour or so had a repair underway. Plus they brought in the people to start the repair of water damaged structure in literally a matter of minutes. Very pleased with Superior.
