They have very bad record keeping and communication. Shortly after I started PT I got a bad case of some kind of dizziness. I put therapy on hold for a little until I could figure out what was going on. They were okay with that. After a few weeks though, my doctor recommended I try therapy again to see if the PT could help with the dizziness. I rescheduled my appointments but had to cancel the first one because I came down with Covid. They told us as long as I didn't have a fever I could come in for the next one. These people are the best. They helped me through two knee replacements and one hip replacement. Kind, caring, smart. I trust them and you will be pleased with how they care for you.
