Rita has been wonderful in our beginning journey of our daughter’s scoliosis. She’s shared thoughts, answered questions honestly in regards to my own study as a mom, shared personal experiences and is great with our 10 yr old daughter. And provided direction and modifications for the exercises she doesn’t like. Our journey is going to be long and challenging and so glad we found Rita and ScoliSpine to help!

Rita did a great job of explaining my specific type of scoliosis and teaching me exercises to improve my posture and lessen my discomfort. She listened well, and adapted the exercises to make them accessible even to my 72-year-old body. She was also fun, and made each session enjoyable!

My daughter was diagnosed with scoliosis a few years ago. We went to Rita to help her manage the pain with schroth exercises and dry needling for her headaches while she finished growing. Her Dr. determined she would not benefit from a brace and unfortunately the curve got worse. After she stopped growing she had surgery in June, and we came back to Rita for dry needling, cupping, scraping and exercises she could do in PE class. My husband, my daughter and I all love Rita. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and listens to our concerns. My daughter is doing great and we have learned so much because of Rita ♥
