Always a great visit with Stacy Cooper. I have been going to her for 8 years now and look forward to seeing her every time! Which is not normal for a woman to say about having to go in for her yearly!!!!
All of the staff and Dr. Melissa Arnold are absolutely outstanding. I’ve never felt so comfortable and accommodated with a doctor and staff since I was a child with a primary provider. I’m so appreciative to find a doctor who truly cares about her patients.
I called the St. Lukes OBGYN Boise clinic before calling here and I had a TERRIBLE experience on the phone. So I called here and got a very nice and kind woman who helped me schedule.
I really like my OB provider and her nurse but have not had a great experience with scheduling since that first call. At my first appointment the provider wanted to see me back in 4 weeks (which is normal for how far along I am). When I got to the front the receptionist was argumentative telling me I had to come back in 2 weeks or 6 weeks. Because they needed me to be exactly 12 or 16 weeks along.
