Signature did a fabulous job on our home roof replacement. Irvin and his crew were kind, courteous and excellent. The job was 10,000 square feet of roofing, very steep and very complex roof design. They were super clean and not one plant was even damaged. We got 2 other bids and Signature was very competitive in their pricing. Irvin the crew manager was on the job daily and we were kept abreast constantly. They met every promise they made and exceeded the scope of work numerous times. We have owned over 30 homes and have dealt with many contractors and I must say I think they are the best we have ever dealt with.
We thought we had a roof leak, Signature came out and did a full inspection and determined we didn’t have a leak after all. Their service call was free. Would love to use them again in the future
Ricky was awesome! I’m in roofing business in Indiana. My mum lives in Mountain Home and needed a roof. Another company came out to talk to her and gave her an over the top price, with entry level materials, no ice water etc. and had her sign a contract. I spoke to the guy and said hey man I’m in the industry why you screwing my 85 year old mother over? I had my mother cancel contract with in the 3 day window. So I took matters into my own hands and checked to see who is a GAF Master Elite in the area. Signature Roofing came up. I called and Ricky answered the phone.
