Sammy was fantastic. Checked out my furnace and identified an issue that could have caused problems this winter. Secured the part fixed the issue and sealed it better than it was when furnace was new. Sammy was thorough, professional, and respectful. Thanks for having such great employees. I trust Peppy with my heating and cooling needs Alex from Peppy came today 12/17 due to no hot water. He checked things, relit my pilot, showed me what he had done and answered all my questions!! Peppy is the best!! Honest, responsive, and reasonable.

I had a great experience using this company. I had a 20 year old furnace/ac with some do it yourself zoning from a previous owner. Which had custom baffles in the crawl etc. I priced out pretty much every company in the valley. Rob showed up professional, not pushy and answered every question I had. And trust me I am anal so that is saying alot. He came in at least 1k below everyone else and they install Trane which is an excellent brand if you want something reliable to last. They were also willing to match the 5 year labor warranty of Western Heating. Along with the 1 year of maintenance the others offer. I am currently selling my house and had some repairs that needed to be done per the buyers request. The team was professional, fairly priced, and showed up to resolve everything in an incredibly timely manner. Will have them back to replace the HVAC in the new home I am buying.
