Overall, I’m very happy with my new floors. Romanoff Renovations did a great job with the main installation. The team was respectful, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done.
That said, there were a couple of frustrating issues. First, communication leading up to installation was difficult. All coordination went through a 1-800 number, and I wasn’t able to speak directly with the local installer beforehand. I called twice to confirm a specific request and was assured it was noted and would be passed along. We couldn’t be happier with our new carpet. From start to finish, the installer was punctual, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was cleaned up perfectly, and the results are beautiful. Five stars all the way!

The team worked extremely well with each other, professional, discussed options and gave suggestions. They showed up on time and worked hard both days of the installation. Very nice job!
