We have had recurring issues with our plumbing and HVAC since purchasing our home. Right Now has been there every step of the way. Most recently, Slant came out for one of the bigger jobs and replaced our water heater. He was quick, friendly, and professional. While we hope not to see them again too soon, we do appreciate the entire crew and their professional, as well as personal, skills.
Marquise was exceptional. He took the time to explain our systems needs and offer multiple solutions for a repair, got the work done quickly and cleanly, and was extremely pleasant to work with. We will definitely be calling Right Now for any future work thanks to the great service Marquise provided us.
Lost power on part of the house at night due to a bad breaker. Chris came out the next morning and quickly restored power, completed safety checks, and gave advice on how to preempt future issues frugally. Very appreciated.
