I have been getting a treatment from Russ once a month currently as I have ramped up long distance running mileage. Russ is easy to reach via phone or email and is quick to arrange appointments as needed within my schedule (after work hours in my case) in a professional, friendly manner.
I first met Russ at a local running race where he offered brief demonstrations of the Schulman Therapy. I have used massage regularly in the past, but this form was new to me. I always schedule a session with Russ before a half or full marathon. Russ worked all of the muscles in my hips and legs. He also takes care of my neck and shoulders. What I like about Schulman Therapy is how deep the pressure goes, and for just the right amount of time. I always feel great after a session with Russ and the results last.
