The Red Truck Disaster Response Team was absolutely amazing. From the first call to Pat on a Sunday AM it was obvious we made the right choice. He walked us through the steps and had someone out to the house within 1 hour. Through all the work and updates, they communicated effectively, were always fast and prompt and explained the process, work to be done and next steps. They coordinated with all the subs and made a very easy process out of what could have been a nightmare. Red truck saved me. We had something pop up on an inspection report that could have been a deal breaker. They got out there and took care of the problem for a few hundred dollars not thousands. Always get a second opinion and always make sure one of them is Red Truck!
