Red Truck was amazing to work with. They came out on a Saturday an hour after my initial call, and kept me updated and took steps to keep our home and floors clean and the necessary electrical cords taped and as out of the way as possible. The Red Truck Disaster Response Team was absolutely amazing. From the first call to Pat on a Sunday AM it was obvious we made the right choice. He walked us through the steps and had someone out to the house within 1 hour. Through all the work and updates, they communicated effectively, were always fast and prompt and explained the process, work to be done and next steps.
