Called at 6 on a Monday night and they fit us right in! We were tatted by Red who was kind and very willing to work with our google images lol. He was a great artist who helped me rework the picture i had versus ideas. He did fine line and it turned out perfectly. The place was warm and cozy and clean. This was easily the most awful tattoo I have ever received. Papa Joe was a wonderful, hilarious man, who unfortunately should not be in the tattoo industry any longer. I came in with my father to get his first tattoo and to get my sixth. We chose Papa Joe's because he was open late and accepting walk-ins. I wish I had done more research, because I am stuck with a poorly done, awful-looking tattoo for the rest of my life! They quoted my father $280 for a small, 2x2, lightly detailed tattoo, which we proceeded to get done elsewhere for $150 that same night.
