We installed two large retractable fabric shade awnings on our home about 13 years ago - we love them and they have worked flawlessly. Some time during those years I called the owner, Kelly, because our awnings were not opening - he walked me through where to replace the battery that operates the wind detector - easy fix, thank you. Now 13 years later, we had an operational issue (user error/our fault) and called Kelly on a Friday evening after 5pm. Pacific Home and Patio built a very nice screen room for us four years ago. It is beautiful. My wife and I spend several hours each day in this wonderful space. We had an unusual problem with one of our screens due to the fact that one of the walls of our house was not straight.
