We went to the wrong Ada vision office. The two women in the front were extremely snotty. Very unprofessional. We are not from this area and I explained how I made a mistake and asked if they could help us with information on the correct office. We were told no and we were treated terrible. If this is a reflection of how the office treats patients I feel sorry for anyone who goes there.

Terrible experience. The 5 gals working at the front desk all gave me different information, and at one point went into an office to discuss my situation - and I heard them talking very negatively about me as I was standing just outside the door. Then, I asked to speak to the office manager, Hailey. When she came out of her office she was quite annoyed, and as I explained what had happened, she told me that I sounded like I walk talking in circles. However, she was right and that was exactly the point.....I had been run around in circles by the conflicting information from the front desk. Buyer beware!! Horrible costumer service.They up sell their glasses and have zero accountability on rectifying any issues.The manage was not willing to help me in any way. No wonder they have so many bad reviews!!
