I have Odin Works products installed on most of my AR15 rifles; the parts perform well, look great, and the quality is second to none.
I had an experience recently with Wyatt on their customer service team and the experience left me wishing more companies would work harder to provide the kind of service he provided. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you for that!

I have had nothing but amazing customer service with these folks. The young lady who helped me with 2 issues (not product quality, but a shopping error and wrong product in a box at local store) I’m beyond impressed. I was willing to pay but got them replaced for free. Hard to find that anymore. Plus. The products are amazingly built. If I need a part, I’m looking at Odin Works first from now on.

Best customer service I have ever had. I have bought multiple Odin Works products and don’t regret my purchase of any of them. I have had to contact the customer service on 2 occasions. Bought an adjustable buffer and couldn’t find the rubber spacers for in between the weights. Sent them an email and got a very polite reply back in less than 15 minutes (did I look in the buffer tube that’s how they are shipped) which I didn’t look…. My fault not looking in obvious location. Second time my QD sling wouldn’t go in the buffer endplate qd mount. Contacted them, once again in less 15 minutes got a reply back.
