I contacted Idaho PC Solutions to replace a defective fan on my laptop. It had gotten so bad it was sounding like a plane was about to take off. I spoke with Jason and told him my problem, and he immediately ordered a new replacement fan for me. The fan came in a couple days later, and Jason was nice enough to meet me at my home on a Saturday and picked up my PC. I was a little nervous at first because I was trusting a stranger with my computer which had all my personal information on it, but the logo on his polo and the card he gave me seemed legit.
