Ryan is very personable and very transparent. Easy to communicate with, I explained what I needed and he delivered. Very professional report. He is also very well mannered, something important to me. I would not hesitate at all to ask him out to look at areas of concern in my house. I wanted an independent opinion on the condition of my roof and I got exactly that. Also very fair pricing. I did my due diligence and looked at many inspectors and he checked all the boxes for me. I verified his certification and BBB status as he indicates.
