I needed a party served in Middleton. Matthew was right on it. Very professional. I initially called July 3, performed the service on July 4. Server wore a body cam, so no questions. Sent me videos and the completed proof of service. Very reasonable price. Doesn't get better.

I hired Matt to find an address to have a person served. Apparently I slipped though the cracks. I texted and left phone messages without a response. As soon as they realized I had slipped though the cracks they did everything they could to make things right. I am now satisfied with their service and I have edited my negative review to reflect that.Unfortunately it took leaving a negative review for them to notice. As I said above, there was no response to texts and phone messages. I don't want to recommend leaving a negative review, but they seem to watch their reviews pretty closely. If you also slip though the cracks that one way to help them find you quickly, as phone calls and texts may not.I don't like that I am leaving a four star review. I would like to leave a 5 star review because they tried so hard to make things right but I feel a 5 star review would be dishonest because things happened that should not have. I also dislike recommending leaving a negative review, but again, I must be honest. To Matt and his team, please find a way to stop people from slipping through the cracks. They should not have to leave a negative review before you notice something is amiss.
