Courtney is an amazing bodyworker! I received a body work session from her and it felt like she was very in tune with where my body was, stress wise. My shoulders and hips were very tight and needing work and stretching. I was very impressed with not just how she communicated about where I needed work, but also I was impressed with how she just was able to figure out naturally what my specific muscles needed. I’ve had several massages at different places but my massage by Kirt at the Caldwell location was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. I feel like he addressed all the issues that I mentioned to him and then some I didn’t even know I had. I would highly recommend him and will be going back!
I have a joint condition that can make massages tedious and potentially dangerous, going to a place to relax then being worried if the masseuse would accidentally pull or push too hard and dislocate a joint seemed redundant. Despite that I scheduled a couples massage and it was FANTASTIC!! I explained my condition and that I need a perfect balance of deep pressure for knots but soft pressure for my joints and Arica did that perfectly! She saw how bad my shoulder was and decided a complimentary cupping service would help me more than just a massage, it did wonders!
