If you want a good, deep, effective sports massage, Jasmine delivers. I’m a regular runner and Jasmine took care of me through training for the NYC marathon, Robie Creek, the Boise Trails Challenge, and more. Every time I’ve gone in with tightness or pain, she works it out and I leave feeling sore (in a good way) and better. It’s not relaxing, it’s often painful in the way a sports massage needs to be, but Jasmine makes good conversation and keeps your mind off the discomfort. 100% recommend for any athlete!

Jasmine’s been a huge help. I had bulging discs causing huge mobility issues and nerve pain stemming from my neck. After working with her she’s been able to give me back my range of motion and greatly reduce the nerve pain that was a constant in my day to day life. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for relief from pain caused by soft tissue injuries and chronic muscle tightness.

Jasmine is amazing! First of all, she got me into her busy schedule by seeing me on one of her days off. Second of all, she really knows what she’s doing. As a professional athlete I’ve had PLENTY of massages to treat an extremely tight shoulder/neck as well as migraines. Without hesitation, Jasmine explained why I’m in pain and how she can make me feel better, which is the exact treatment that’s previously been successful. She’s tough and digs deep, which is what I need for my most stubborn muscle knots. I highly recommend her!
