When we decided to list our home for sale, we used a Flat Fee listing service. Jenn represented the buyers making the offer on our house. Since we are not licensed realtors, we were not aware of many details with a sale involving multiple contingencies and multiple parties. Over 5 short weeks, Jenn shepherded the processes keeping everyone informed of next steps and who had assignments needed to perform to keep everything on track. We were nervous for some time, but Jenn kept everything going smoothly. We closed on the target date. We are still amazed at how slick everything came together. Jenn and her team were amazing! We were out of state landlords selling our rental house and it couldn't have been easier. From coordinating with our tenants to make them comfortable to working with our property manager everything was seemless. Communication was great the whole time too, which is a big deal for us. To top it off they were able to pull in multiple offers and got us well over our asking price...in 2 days!! Highly recommend!!

Poor service. It usually took a long time to make repairs done in the unit. Upon termination of the lease, the final statement was never sent and the security deposit was not returned.
