Le Nails

I came in after not being able to get out to my normal place before a trip. I figured mall shop can't be that bad. I sit down with Tammy, tell her what I wanted and asked if she could do designs, she said yes and got to work. As I'm sitting there I decided to read the Yelp reviews. Needless to say, I was nervous after reading them. BUT Tammy did an amazing job, they look great, the shape is perfect, the snowflakes are better than the pic I showed her. Idk about everyone else there, but Tammy is great.

To start off, its not very sanitary here. My pedi station had someone else's hair in it. They don't use the disposable covers. The furniture is very worn out and dirty. When they cut my nails, they were cut too short and uneven. They would miss polishing the edges and I'd ask her to fix it but she just cut more. The language barrier was too difficult. The same thing happened with my fingers, I asked for a fix and she just dug into my nail. Ill search around for a different location for sure.

Yesterday I took my niece for her first ever pedicure. We didn't have an appointment and they still took us right away and got started. They were patient while we chose our colors and VERY patient when I spilled my can of soda all over their floor! I was so embarrassed and my technician was kind about it. There was another woman getting her pedicure done with a companion and she wasn't pleased about how short one nail had been trimmed (though she hadn't expressed wanting to keep them long before he got started). She began to loudly berate and harangue the technician, saying she didn't even want them painted now, that she had to "grow it out" before she would paint it...read full review
