Bad construction, even with a year after buying one of their homes. There subcontractors, many didn't want to repair thing that broken because no warranty or tne item was a clearence purchase. So many things need to be replace, and Jayo construction didn't care, they just blamed the subcontractors work.

Did a flooring job for these guys a few years ago. Claimed we screwed it up but never provided proof not gave us the opportunity to fix anything. Just didn't pay. Smelled fishy to me at the time now I see that's just the way they do business. Claim shoddy work so they don't have to pay. Don't do work for these guys!

I had an outbuilding constructed by Jayo Construction this summer. I dealt solely with Justin Jayo and my experience couldn't have gone any better. Justin made himself available to me via phone and text whenever I had a question about materials, subs or schedules. The subcontractors he used on my project were of the highest quality and they all did a great job.
Justin impressed me by how he kept my project staffed on a nearly daily basis. He was a week ahead of schedule in completing my project and I counted only 2 work days in the 6 week project schedule where a contractor wasn't working on some aspect of my shop.
