The check-in staff was very kind and helped me to a chair in waiting room, but Was not pleased by the attending peripheral eye test Tech coolness and unwilling to assist a crippled, slightly nauseous and unsteady customer to her cubicle. Standing there watching without asking if I may need assistance as I inched up clinging to the wall and cane. I think it took 5 minutes to go 50 ft. Plain cruel.She got a tiny bit nicer after I almost threw up in the waste basket.

After receiving very poor service at another eye doctor office, I went to Intermountain Eye Centers Optical center to order my glasses. I went there because they carry Maui Jim's and Silhouette glasses. I was greeted by Michelle Harris who listened to what I was looking for and worked with making sure my insurance was used and I could spend my remaining FSA money. She was so friendly and made my wants/needs feel heard and even took additional time to figure out how to order the glass frames I really wanted. I've been going here for 4ish years now and I love these guys! Dr. Carter is a professional at what he does and is super personable. Bernice is superb at making sure I get the proper fit on my specs and that I maximize the benefits that are available to me. Last but not least, the Admin Assistant group are kind and a pleasure to deal with.
