Liz and David are the best there is! Every single detail from start to finish was incredible. Being first-time home buyers, Liz sat down with us months early and explained the whole process. She then checked in with us exactly when we asked her to and started our process. She viewed every home with us like it was her own purchase and asked questions we would have never thought of. Not to mention, David has lived 100 different lives and has connections to fix things and expertise in random things (i.e. ponds). Their recommendation on an inspector, Sean, was extremely appreciated. He checked into EVERYTHING and told us how to fix what wasn't up to par. Bonus: you get a fancy binder at the end with all your documents printed and all of the quotes they pulled for upgrades along the way. So helpful! All in all, 10/10 recommend using Liz and David to anyone and everyone!
