Quite honestly the worst cleaning company out there. Not only is the management rude but the owners don’t even help their workers or take credit for being the reason this company is so washed out. My clean was unprofessional and extremely expensive for what I got. Please do not use this company the girls are great and friendly and I’m sure they’re not paid enough and that’s probably why my clean was done how it was.Service: Standard cleaning

For the $640 I prepaid, I expected my move out cleaning to be as perfect as it could be. It nearly went as expected. The secondary charge of $640 I just woke up to seeing is entirely unwarranted. 2 closets were intentionally skipped. The cleaners simply shut the doors I had left open and out of sight, out of mind. Now, I'm 1400 miles away.Service: Moving-related cleaning

Ugh...when they show up as they're supposed to, they're fine but every few months (COVID aside) there's an issue...and today was just flat out not showing up. After several hours past their "normal" time (which we're used to them missing anyway), we called to see what was up. Were told they called and left a message (we had a missed call an hour past their time but didn't leave a message) and texted (a landline) that they were short staffed, had people call out and were unable to make it today. They can't get back until the next scheduled time in two weeks. Oh and here's $10 off your next cleaning for the trouble. Seriously?! Done. Time to find new cleaners.

My wife and I have been Happy Homes Maid Service customers for years now, and we've always been impressed with the quality of the service and the value. We've been working from home for the last couple months, and so it was finally to the point where we knew we needed a whole-house deep cleaning. The Happy Homes team was super flexible, and found one of their team members (Megan) to clean our house. She was here for six full hours, and the house seems BRAND NEW. It's amazing - it seriously seems like there wasn't anyone living here at all! Not a spot of dust anywhere, not a dirty surface to be seen. Thank you, Megan, for making our house feel new again!As long as Happy Homes is in business, we'll be (happy) customers!

I was told several times by who I booked with to have a list of priorities and cleaners would address those first. I had a simple list to focus on floors & bathrooms. They were very courteous, but seemed unorganized from the start. After noticing they were still upstairs about 2/3-3/4 of the way through the time, I went upstairs where they had only done one bathroom and one of the two cleaners was fluffing pillows in a room I hadn't even mentioned. Clearly, time was not spent on the priorities I was told to provide and I don't know how much time was spent in rooms I had no interest in being touched. They then tried to speed through the rest of the job and it was underwhelming. They said they could spend more time to do it, mentioning they had some "variance" time and maybe another 15 minutes to complete the job. I let them finish and they said the office would call to discuss the performance and payment for extra time. The next day I was billed for an extra half hour and never was contacted. Just unimpressed with my experience here.Service: Standard clean
