I had a wonderful experience with Kristen! This gown preservation was more expensive than other places I looked at, but I do feel it was worth the extra cost because of their unique and effective preservation process. I would recommend them to future brides.
Idaho Gown Preservation came highly recommended by BB Bridal, where my daughter purchased her dress. Sarah works out of her home, and was very welcoming and inviting when we first met. She explains the process so well and is very professional. My daughter’s dress was cleaned beautifully; it was also packed very well, with museum-grade tissue in a specialized box that won’t deteriorate over time. I would highly recommend Idaho Gown Preservation.
Sarah was awesome to work with. I had an outdoor wedding so the bottom of my dress was VERY dirty. She got it all cleaned up and even fixed my broken strap. She explained the whole process before starting and after, which is super cool by the way, and showed me before and after photos of the dress. She made sure the embroidery was exactly how i wanted before going forward. In the end I was able to look at the dress again before officially storing it away for safe keeping. I really appreciated her kind communication and the time she took to help me understand what I was paying for. I would definitely recommend this to any bride.
