I can't express how much I appreciate Bella Vida. My 23year old son passed unexpectedly and we were understandably overwhelmed with not only finding a place to care for him last minute but going through intense amount of pain as we process the next steps and grieve. Joelle was our main point of contact (if ever she may have been briefly unavailable, Cody was just as attentive and compassionate). I can't say enough about the kindness and TRUE GENUINE respect I got from everyone. They were always very helpful and compassionate. I spent many moments and days struggling to say goodbye before the final process. I never felt rushed. Matter of fact I was shown the upmost understanding and compassion especially in my final goodbye. It was simply humbling even though it was so unbearablely painful. Everything was handled through them if needed, many steps of which I didn't expect that needed to be done. What they offer keeps everything organized and streamlined with no obligations or upsales. They were ALWAYS available throughout the whole process. My family and friends agree they were not just in the business to take advantage of you but truly there for YOU, family and friends while being compassionate toward others in their hardest of times. A forever friendship was created and we will be using them for any needs moving forward, no question. Joelle and Cody have a very special place in my heart forever.

When my Mom passed in 2015, I contacted Bella Vida. The girl working was more than understanding and helpful. My Mom chose to be cremated with no service. I had made all the arrangements via phone, because I would not leave Mom, for fear she would pass while I was gone. I can't say enough about how professional and sincerely caring they were.
