Carrie is a fabulous instructor. I am a very novice pilates student and her verbal cues helped me connect to the exercise being performed. The studio is bright, clean and classy. If you're on the fence about going, don't be! Give it a try!!
This is an absolutely stellar, first class, Pilates studio. Suzette is a fabulous instructor. Because she doesn't do the exercises with the students, she is able to observe and give gentle corrections to form and technique so each participant gets the full benefit of the class. One of the best features is Grasshoppers' 10 for 10 class. It is a 30 minute classical Pilates class from 12:15-12:45 Wed.-Fri. It's easy to get a great workout during the lunch hour. And if you think 30 minutes is too short for a class, you should give it a try. I've been going for a couple months and I've noticed a huge difference in my strength and flexibility.
