We had an excellent experience with Floor Traders from start to finish. After another company let us down with a last-minute scheduling issue, we needed a quick turnaround. Steve Kuhl went above and beyond to help us find the right carpet and recommended Dave King for the installation.
Dave came out that same evening to take measurements and immediately caught that the previous installer had underestimated the carpet by an entire yard. He worked directly with Steve to get the additional material ordered so there wouldn’t be any delays.

My wife and I don’t leave reviews very often, but this experience absolutely deserved one.
From the very beginning, Robert at Floor Trader was exceptional. We visited the store multiple times over the course of deciding on flooring for our home, and not once did we feel pressured into making a purchase. In fact, that’s one of the biggest reasons we kept coming back. Robert was incredibly kind, patient, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping us make the right decision rather than just making a sale. That level of customer service is rare these days.
