As a tenant dealing with an old AC system that was going through it, FH&HR has been great about diagnosing and quickly resolving each issue as they come up (3 in a year). I can tell they try and squeeze everyone into their schedule (which is great for when repair emergencies come up) so keep in mind that arrival times can vary if something comes up

Nat is the best. Totally trustworthy and honest, very responsive and always effective with his repairs. Can't thank him enough for saving us multiple times and help getting a little more life out of our aging A/C system. When it comes time to replace, he will be #1 on our list.
